RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the package arrival. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at contact@hikariknife.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and The return will only be accepted if the package contains all the items that were originally in the parcel. The package must be carefully packaged and should not have any traces of adhesive tape on it. f the package is damaged upon arrival to us, the return cannot be processed, and we will not pick it up., then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package. If you use the prepaid shipping label, 0 will be deducted from your return to cover shipping charges.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
     ●     Products showing signs of use are not eligible for return.
     ●     Products for which the refund period has expired cannot be returned.
     ●     When the product is defaced or broken.

Please Note
     ●     If the product exchange is desired instead of a refund, the return will be covered by Hikari. If a refund is requested, the return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
     ●     The products undergo rigorous quality inspection before shipping. If there is any damage due to nature, any defects, or if the wrong product is delivered, we will facilitate an exchange.
     ●     Our knives require delicate handling to prevent rust from water or acidic substances. Moreover, improper storage methods can leave marks or blemishes on the blade, so please be mindful of this when returning them.
     ●     Due to the handmade nature of Hikari Knife products, achieving identical consistency as machine-made items is challenging, and slight variations and imperfections may occur. Additionally, color shades may differ from the presentation photo on the website.
